CaribbeanArt.com is an effort by Jake and Linda Richter , residents of the Caribbean island of Bonaire, to help artists all over the Caribbean sell their works on-line. In 2004, the Richters helped found the Bonaire Artist Foundation, a non-profit foundation to help Bonaire's artists learn how to grow their artistic efforts into a career with financial solvency. The Bonaire Artists Foundation in turn started the non-profit Cinnamon Art Gallery, which for 2 years shwcase the works of Bonaire based artists..

During the summer of 2005, the Richters launched this site, CaribbeanArt.com, to expand the reach of their efforts beyond Bonaire.

Caribbean-based artists who are interested in selling their art via this site and expanding their presence on-line should contact us at info@CaribbeanArt.com. We work on a simply consignment and commission basis, for a small percentage of the sale price of each item. Contact us for more details, and if possible, please provide links to images of your art work.

Technology and billing services, processing and shipping of most orders is provided via Caribbean Stuff, LLC in sales-tax-free Chichester, New Hampshire.
